We optimize videos for search by adding your keyword rich description, and tags we generate. This allows videos to be found on YouTube, Google and other search engines. The branded version has the realtor’s contact info. We have hundreds of videos on YouTube making us a significant real estate video portals. We also share the videos to social media sites like Facebook and X.
Aerials
Aerial photography is one of the most important services we offer. Drone photography offers a perspective beyond any other. Showcase the home with surrounding amenities, like waterways, golf courses, and neighborhoods.
3D walk throughs allow potential buyer to be in the home without being there. If you have buyers out of town, out of state or out of the country they can tour your listing from their phone, tablet or computer. It’s the closest thing to being there. Viewers can see room dimensions and measure walls. It includes a property report with room dimensions and a simple floor plan. Professional floor plans can be ordered for $25.

1 to 2 hours depending on the size and what services we are providing.
Normally photos are delivered the next day. We use a transfer service to send MLS ready photos by email. Clicking the download link on the email takes you to the download page. Photos will be in your computer’s download folder.
An invoice will be included with the marketing tour. You can pay online. If you prefer, you can also pay by Venmo, Zelle, cash or mail a check to the address on the invoice.
Our customers have full license to use the images for MLS, marketing and advertising their listing and marketing their brokerage and agents. We retain the right to use images, videos, Matterport and all digital media we create in our marketing and advertising.
