Once the images are captured, I have the knowledge and skill to utilize advanced photo editing and processing if needed. This includes managing color, creating highlights, removing shadows, sharpening and contrasting as well as correcting perspectives. I can even replace a dull, cloudy sky with one that is bright blue!

Normally photos are delivered the next day. We use a transfer service to send MLS ready photos by email. Clicking the download link on the email takes you to the download page. Photos will be in your computer’s download folder.
An invoice will be included with the marketing tour. You can pay online. If you prefer, you can also pay by Venmo, Zelle, cash or mail a check to the address on the invoice.
Our customers have full license to use the images for MLS, marketing and advertising their listing and marketing their brokerage and agents. We retain the right to use images, videos, Matterport and all digital media we create in our marketing and advertising.
