Walk-Through Videos
Walk-through videos are a great addition to the still photos of a home. These videos are short, generally 2-3 minutes in length. As a Zillow certified photographer, we post the videos to your listing on Zillow. The advantage is that listings that have walk through videos are boosted in the search ranking for properties. With the video added, your listing will appear near the top of the search on Zillow. Videos will be supplied in branded and un-branded versions and posted to Zillow, YouTube and Rumble.

Virtual Staging
Mark Dolan Photography has partnered with Virtual Staging Solutions to provide staged images with furniture, carpeting, wall decorations and accessories where none are available in the original photo. Virtual staging can significantly enhance the overall appearance of the room without the time and expense of bringing in a staging company.
We can’t control the weather.. but there is Photoshop! Exterior photos of homes look much better with blue skies. If the home was photographed on a cloudy day, no worries! We can replace the sky with a pretty blue and improve the visual appeal. This service is now free!

The future in Real Estate imaging is 3D. Optimized for smart phones and tablets, buyers can explore a home from almost any device. VR walk-through images showcase a home like no other. Buyers can explore a home from their computer, laptop, phone or tablet. 360 views show the flow of a home as you move from room to room right on your screen.
These 3D tours can be placed on MLS, your website, social media and sites like Realtor.com and Homes.com. Other photos can be added including aerials. The Matterport tour will be added to a Virtual Tour. Special features of a home can be highlighted and linked to more information.
The software can accurately create a floor plan and output to PDF or PNG formats. No need to measure rooms again. Just add a floorplan to your order. Cost is $25.
Nothing shows the property quite like aerial photos. Licensed by the FAA and insured, we provide beautiful drone coverage for your properties. Homes on waterways, golf courses and other nicely landscaped areas show well when shot from the air. We have made this very affordable. Aerials are part of a package or as a stand alone service. YouTube and Rumble are great platforms to market your listings. As the second largest search engine, YouTube has millions of visitors every day. We post both branded and unbranded videos to YouTube and provide links and embed codes to you. The video can be added to MLS, social media and websites. We add descriptions and keywords to make the video searchable. Rumble is an up and coming video platform and another channel to post your listing videos. Adding videos to your website improves your Google page ranking.
